Windsor Polo Club is proud to be the only committee-run polo club in the Hawkesbury. That means our club is shaped directly by its members. Every membership contributes not only to access on the field, but to the ongoing development, maintenance, and growth of our grounds, facilities, programs, and events. Your involvement enables us to invest in the future of polo in the region while preserving the strong foundations built over many decades.

All membership options above, DO NOT include the Affiliation Fees with the NSW Polo Association (NSWPA) and Australian Polo Federation (APF) fees.

Life Membership
Life Membership offers a rare opportunity to invest directly in the future of Windsor Polo Club and play a meaningful role in the long-term protection and stewardship of the Windsor Polo Fields.
Each Life Member holds a share in Windsor Polo Fields — the company established to own, protect and develop the club’s grounds. Windsor Polo Fields is collectively owned by more than 500 individuals who, over the past 50 years, have contributed to the care, improvement and evolution of these historic fields. The fields are leased to Windsor Polo Club Inc, enabling the delivery of polo, training, events and broader community activities.
All shareholdings are formally registered with ASIC and governed under a robust corporate structure, ensuring transparency, accountability and long-term sustainability. The shareholding does not provide dividends or financial return and is not intended for trading or profit. Its purpose is to provide governance rights and to support the long-term protection and stewardship of the Windsor Polo Fields for current and future generations.
Designed for those who wish to be more than members, Life Membership is for individuals who want to actively contribute to Windsor’s growth, capital development and long-term sustainability — securing not only access, but a lasting place in Windsor Polo Club’s story. Funds raised through Life Membership are directed toward capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects, supporting long-term infrastructure and facility improvements that benefit both the club and the wider community.
