Incident Reporting & Safety Commitment at Windsor Polo Club
To support ongoing safety and incident reporting at Windsor Polo Club, members are encouraged to complete the Incident Summary Form available on our website. This form allows us to accurately record and assess any falls, injuries, or on-field incidents, including contributing factors and outcomes, helping the club maintain high safety standards and meet reporting requirements. All riders and participants are asked to submit a form following any relevant incident—no matter how minor—to assist in improving risk management and overall player and horse welfare at the club.
