windsorpoloclub

Merry Christmas

From all of us at Windsor Polo Club we wish you and your family a happy holidays and we can't wait to see you on the field next year.

From The President

Finally and unexpectedly we had the weather gods on our side and managed to host a number of polo tournaments, albeit it very late in the season. They were a roaring success and from a psychological perspective, provided much-needed positivity to finish off what has been a challenging year for the club. We are setting the bar high and will continue to deliver high quality fields in our endeavour to attract top tier teams & players from around Australia - from this, all the other polo will follow. We have 10 calendared tournament weekends along with 7 NSWPA trophied events and the Polo International scheduled for 2023! It is set to be a big year and the WPC committee look forward to delivering the community an efficiently run, top quality polo facility. I’d also like to take this opportunity to extend a thank you to all those loyal members who joined this year albeit with very little polo played. It is an unprecedented situation and hopefully never to be repeated. With that in mind, the 2023 Membership portal is now open – to work out what membership level will be suit you scroll down to learn more. Wishing you all the best over the holiday period. - Julie McIntosh

Meet the 2023 Teams Behind Windsor Polo Club & Windsor Polo Fields

We would like to extend our gratitude to those on the Windsor Polo Club committee that have assisted our club in literally, staying afloat because of the flood, in a year which brought not one but two floods, it has certainly been challenging. Much thanks must also go to the outgoing committee (Adam Meally, Adam Buchert, Nick Wayland, Chris Marokakis, Kirrily Smith & Jess Sprenger) and Lew McDonnell who is always willing and available to help. A special thank you to our outgoing Vice President Nick Wayland for everything he has done to support & grow the club over the past year. Nick will remain closely involved in the club in 2023. The 2023 committee is as follows: President - Julie McIntosh Senior Vice President (Grounds) - Adam Buchert Vice President (Tournaments & Club Captain) - Adam Meally Treasurer - Jess Sprenger Secretary - Kirrily Smith Grounds Manager - Chris Mariokakis Communications & Social Media - Teneille Murray

On the Windsor Polo Field Board, this year sees the retirement of Leon Reardon as the Chairman of WPF as well as Andrew Skyring as Treasurer/Secretary. We would like to extend our thanks to both Leon and Andrew for their hard work and efforts in maintaining the integrity of Windsor Polo Fields and the club. Johnny Kahlbetzer is Chairman and we welcome Ben Cowan as Treasurer/Secretary. The other board members are Peter White, Angus Dowling, Lew McDonnell and Rowena Rainger. From an advisory perspective we couldn’t wish for a better board with the new energy they bring.
