Windsor Polo Club is delighted to invite you to the inaugural Hawkesbury Polo City Dinner, an elegant evening celebrating the 2026 polo season and recognising the people, horses and organisations that make polo in the Hawkesbury region so special.
Bringing together players, patrons, sponsors, supporters and friends of the sport, this exclusive event promises a memorable night of fine dining, entertainment, recognition and philanthropy.
Whether you have been involved in polo for decades or have recently discovered the sport, the Hawkesbury Polo City Dinner offers an opportunity to connect with the wider polo community and celebrate a season of outstanding competition, sportsmanship and achievement.


The Venue - The Arthouse
Situated in the heart of the CBD, The ArtHouse Hotel exudes inner-city retro chic. The heritage-listed venue dates back to 1836 when it served as The School of Arts. Now it is home to four bars, a restaurant and a function space.

There will also be a bar tab for non-alcoholic drinks, beer, wine and champagne.
Cocktails, spirits and additional drinks will be available to purchase.
The program
After a welcome entrance, guests will be treated to a night full of great laughs and fun with fellow polo enthusiast.
There will be a few awards presented to both celebrate and entertain the audience.
Your MC for the evening will be no other than Ric McCarthy.

Bus from Windsor Polo Club - if you would be interested in a bus leaving Windsor Polo Club at 5:30pm and leaving the Arthouse at close please register your interest when booking tickets. If numbers permit this can be arranged for an extra fee.
